Given the increased need for Safety, hygiene, and sanitization required at the villa and for the safety of our Guests, we cannot allow any early check in and late checkouts.

HOUSE RULES :---

We do not encourage smoking inside the home premises, one is always free to smoke in the open air without causing any sort of damage to the property.

Guests are not allowed to access kitchen except for infants with special needs

Guests are not allowed to invite their guests during their stay at the property, without prior permission.

Being Eco-Sensitive area we do not encourage loud music beyond 10.pm

Swimming Pool timings are 9 Am till 7.30 PM Kindly adhere to these timings strictly.

The Swimming Pool is unguarded, there is no Life guard on the site, children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. Any mishap in the pool will not be the responsibility of the Wilderness Resort Management.

WE request you to please take care of your personal belongings.

Wilderness will take no responsibility for theft, damage or loss of personal belongings

Dinner will be served between 8.30pm to 10.30 Pm The last service will be at 11.00 Pm

No staff shall be present on the property after 11.PM: Guests are requested to not call upon the staff after hours.

Breakfast will be served between 8.30 Am – 10.30 Am

Lunch is served between 12.30 Pm. – 2.30 Pm

Staff needs rest too: No staff shall be present after the given timings. Guests are requested to not call upon the staff members after hours.

If there is any Breakage/damage to the property/furniture/glass items, the guests shall have to pay charges for the damage.

Inappropriate Behavior or Violence of the house rules will invite polite refusal to accept the booking if already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

The Food Menu shall be pre-decide with guests prior check-in: No last minute changes or any new food items can be provided: Guests are not allowed to bring in any beverages/ice-creams from home, they shall available at a price.

We would request you to please consider this as your very own home, but ask of you to respect the nature of the Homestay.

Staff, helps and caretakers are always striving to provide you with the best services possible with all their hard work and efforts. Please be respectful and kind towards them.

Ill treatment of staff will not be taken lightly.

Lastly we pride ourselves on the ecosystem that we have created here at Wilderness with respect to nature, the villagers and the animals whose actual home it is.

Any sort of damage caused to the Property or surroundings trees, plants or plucking of fruits from trees without permission would be followed up with serious actions.
